Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on the preparation of a workshop order,greeting the customer, acceptance of vehicle and checking of customer and vehicle data for completeness. If necessary, test drive of the car prior to repair.
• Checking for any warranty and goodwill claims.
• Coordinating the scope of services for repair and maintenance with the customer and obtaining their approval.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your assigned customers (account).
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with IMS team.
• Accountable for accurate customers DATA.
• Maintain open and clear communication channels with your assigned customers (account), Communicate due dates, timelines and expectation to your customers.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Certified as Service Advisor from Mercedes-Benz.
• Minimum 1 year’ experience.
